rtax software package provides Classification of sequence reads of 16S ribosomal RNA gene, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rtax
rtax is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rtax package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rtax *
You will get with rtax package name, version, architecture and description in a table
